Join Our Super Sweet Team!

We’re looking for team members excited to learn all aspects of the shop — from preparing and baking stroopwafels, to crafting coffee and espresso drinks, to welcoming guests at the register. We’ll provide training across these areas; all you need to bring is a love for all things sweet, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in a small team environment! 

Open Positions:

Lead: Baker/Barista/Counter Service [prior management experience required]

Crew: Baker/Barista/Counter Service [prior experience helpful but not required]

In both of these positions we're looking for someone who:

• Has strong customer service skills and an interest in the food service industry

• Is excited to get their hands dirty - you'll learn how to bake stroopwafels from scratch, make coffee / espresso drinks, and handle a POS system

• Enjoys interacting with customers in a friendly, energetic environment
  

• Is able to multitask during busy service periods and troubleshoot issues 
  

• Is reliable and works well as part of a small team
  

Position Details

• The Crew and Lead positions have a base wage of $18.00-$22.00 per hour plus tips from customers. Base wage is subject to change based on experience.
