We’re looking for team members excited to learn all aspects of the shop — from preparing and baking stroopwafels, to crafting coffee and espresso drinks, to welcoming guests at the register. We’ll provide training across these areas; all you need to bring is a love for all things sweet, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well in a small team environment!

Position Details
The Crew and Lead positions have a base wage of $18.00-$22.00 per hour plus tips from customers. Base wage is subject to change based on experience.
In both of these positions, we’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong customer service skills and an interest in the food service industry
- Is excited to get their hands dirty — you’ll learn how to bake stroopwafels from scratch, make coffee/espresso drinks, and handle a POS system
- Enjoys interacting with customers in a friendly, energetic environment
- Is able to multitask during busy service periods and troubleshoot issues
- Is reliable and works well as part of a small team
